Charlotte is no doubts an amazing personal trainer! She is friendly, fun and every time you see her she has a huge smile on her face and a new workout routine for you 📷:) You will be challenged and pushed during the classes, but she gives you a nice stretch at the end and you will be grateful when you see the results on your body! I had private workout classes with her, but she also motivated me to start with running (which I always hated and never thought I could do), she made me believe its possible and it was! I received amazing support from her, not just during classes 📷:) I texted her after my first 5km run and she replied immediately even tho she was on holidays! I would highly recommend her for everyone who is searching for a personal trainer, nutritionist or someone who can help you achieve your fitness goals. She pushes your limits and motivates you to work hard on yourself. Cannot thank her enough for the magic she is doing!😊
The best trainer I had so far. Charlotte is not only a perfect PT but also an amazing person. Every session was different and personalized. The results are great and she supported us, gave us advice and motivated us for running, which was my personal goal.

I reached out to Charlotte because I wanted to create a running habit. I honestly didn't think I'd manage it and expected to quit after a few weeks but, as I live on the paseo, I wanted to become a runner and I can quite honestly say that Charlotte has CHANGED MY LIFE.
We meet at 7.30 to run on the paseo 4 days a week. I know I'd never go by myself so I really need her to come and get me.
I now miss the sessions if it's raining or if I'm sick - I can't believe how running has become such an integral part of my life. I feel better, I feel fitter and I love having the routine,
Charlotte is very knowledgeable - she knows how to manage me and my expectations. She's enthusiastic and if she can see I'm flagging, she'll introduce 'fun' exercises. She adapts the sessions depending on how Im feeling and I still can't believe through subtle persuasion and 100% belief in me that she coaxed me into running the Barcelona half marathon.
I have never EVER given 100% to anything in my life yet I ran that half marathon and gave it everything I had. The experience has changed me. I'm now going to aim for a marathon and start building strength training into my routine. All I can say is THANKYOU CHARLOTTE FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY TRAINERS
I've now lost over 10kg in 3 months and am absolutely thrilled with my new body. Charlotte has taught me about nutrition and has MADE me fill in a food journal which has made me accountable to her. I train twice a week - once 1:1 and once on Wednesday's Head to Toe Fitness. My confidence has increased so much as have my energy levels so I can keep up with my kids now. I just feel so much better now. Charlotte is patient, fun and persistent, there's no getting out of what her plans are!

I came to Charlotte 9 months after my daughter was born - I needed to lose my baby weight, tone up my core and work on my pelvic floor. We started gently and Ive seen amazing progression over the months.. I love being outdoors so we train on the beach and my daughter plays in the sand. I've learnt how to work with weights which I'd always previously avoided in the gym and I have become a real fan of running on the beach and I plan to incorporate running into my exercise routine now. She's a great personal trainer!!

Charlotte is an excellent fitness trainer. Her classes are always varied, demanding and good fun. Honestly!She creates a friendly atmosphere, inspires and encourages extra effort. After a short time working with Charlotte I have more physical strength and confidence. I highly recommend her!

Charlotte's classes are really fun. She's creative and a great motivator. Charlotte has an excellent knowledge of fitness and training and adapts exercises according to your level, accommodating any injuries. Although it's fun it is still a serious workout which you will feel the next day! I love coming to the classes and can feel a big difference in my fitness!
