If you're online, you'll need some dumbbells, a resistance band and a resistance loop. If you come in person, I'll provide the kit.

This fitness group class in Sitges is specifically for women and is designed to prepare you for menopause (or to help you if you're in the menopause )in an effective and fun way.
We focus on strengthening pelvic floor muscles to prevent the all too common urinary incontience
We focus on strength training to keep your muscles strong and prevent sarcopenia (losing muscles which is a common side effect of menopause)
We practice resistance training using bands and body strength to build bone density (this takes a year to see an improvement so day 1 is today!)
We work in a group to have fun, provide social connection, give you a routine and sense of purpose.

Work totally to your own level with my guidance and adaptations. We'll work your heart to keep the blood flowing and maintain flexibility in your arteries - no CV diseases for us thank you!
I'll bring the kit and design the games and the circuits,
and we'll practice gentle aerobic exercise which is so important for the transport of oxygen, healthy red blood cells, iron and for the strengthening of your mitochondria (power house of your cells)
You just need to bring your desire to become fitter. We'll make a great team.

I accept it's not totally normal but running really is therapeutic, fun and good for your fitness levels. It's aerobic exercise so is amazing for your heart and general body well being and it's a free exercise source!
This group class in Sitges is perfect for beginners who lack confidence to go alone and is great for seasoned runners who want to perfect their technique,
It's a running club with coaching technique:
