Many thanks for coming to discuss 'menopause in the workplace' with our line managers and directors. I think , myself included, that many of us were totally unaware of what women go through and how hard it can be to juggle, work , menopause and life really. It has definitely opened up our eyes as to how we can help our female staff because we certainly don't want to lose a single one of them.

Thankyou for coming to our office and helping educate us both about the changes we can make in the work environment as well as about how we can help ourselves with lifestyle changes. The follow up WhatsApp group was very helpful and helped maintain a sense of empowerment and community amongst the female staff.

I was recommended to contact Charlotte by a friend who'd done her 30 day course - but I knew I needed more. It's been really helpful to have clear guidance. When I was in the peri menopausal stage 13 years ago, I had absolutely nothing like this: your advice covers the full spectrum. I'm now in post menopause, but those good habits that you explain so clearly are worth reinforcing. I am a huge believer in women supporting women so what you are doing in invaluable. I was an absolute wreck when I contacted Charlotte for help. I wasn't sleeping, I spent most of my time crying or hiding. My hair was falling out. I had put on so much weight...I was a mess! Brilliant! Inspiring! Motivational! Great talk and I feel so much more educated now. I can handle this transition, I'm not alone and I can sort out these symptoms. Feeling very inspired now I know it's temporary and that I can actively change my habits to make it a smoother transition.

Honestly, the best thing about your chat was that I no longer feel like I'm going crazy! I really felt that I was the only one suffering from these terrible symptoms, but learning that it's normal - and hearing the other ladies share similar experiences - really helped me. Great initiative, thank you!
